Q: What is the delivery charge?
A: The delivery charge varies, depending on the delivery address. Delivery within the Perth CBD is FREE. A standard delivery charge of $15 applies to other areas. You can see the actual delivery charges levied before finalising your order.
Q: Delivery Times?
A: We guarantee delivery with 24 hours notice. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day delivery unless orders are received before 12 midday and provided requested flowers are in stock. If flowers are out of stock we will call you to discuss options with you.
Q: I'm not sure what I want?
A: That's why we are here to help. Tell us the occasion, the feeling you'd like to evoke and we will go through all the different options available to you. We are trained in making flowers speak louder than words to please don't hesitate to ask for some friendly advice before making your purchasing decision.
Q: Will my order arrive exactly as I see it online?
A: In most cases the arrangement or bouquet you order will be delivered as per the images represented on our website. In some cases where flowers are out of season we will replace these with similar flowers but always guarantee the quality and value of our arrangements and bouquets.
Q: Do we accept credit cards?
A: All the major ones including: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club.
Q: Do we provide an account facility?
A: Only to companies which are subject to approval. If your organization would like to start up an account please contact us for further information.
